Before your appointment

• Upon arriving please send a text message to your technician saying you have arrived.

• Please come in with no makeup on eyelashes or eye area. If not we will provide an oil-free makeup remover.

• Make sure your phone is on silent once your appointment begins.

Policies

Booking

• To secure an appointment, we require a non-refundable booking fee. This fee will go towards your service. In case of a no show it will not be refunded.

• We require at least a 24 hour notice for anybody that needs to cancel/reschedule. If you do not provide the notice, it will result in the loss of your booking fee. This policy is set as we would not be able to refill a cancelled slot in under 24 hours.

• If you are 15 minutes or more late for an appointment, you will need to reschedule and will be subject to the last minute rescheduling fee. Fee must be paid in order to book with Astro Lash Studio again.

Misc.

• Any reaction to lash extensions is never forseeable here at Astro Lash Studio (or even yourself). All care is taken to ensure your safety. No refunds will be issued for allergic reactions, however, we will offer a free lash removal should this unfortunate event occur. We kindly ask that you contact your lash technician immediately if you become aware of any type of irritation so we can assist you as fast as possible.

• We require that all of our clients be a minimum age of 18 years old. All clients under 18 would need parental permission.
